Euzo Health Terms of Service

Effective date: September 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EuzoHealth.com, Euzo Health replicated websites, and related websites, features, accounts, content, products, subscriptions, and services operated by Euzo Health LLC (collectively, the "Services"). "Euzo Health," "Euzo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Euzo Health LLC.

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and United States Use

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your state to create an account, place an order, enroll as an Independent Representative or affiliate, or enter into a binding agreement through the Services. The Services and Euzo products are offered for use and delivery within the United States.

2. Additional Terms

Additional terms may apply to subscriptions, purchases, promotions, Independent Representative or affiliate programs, replicated websites, text messaging, or other features. Those terms are incorporated into these Terms and control for the applicable product, program, or feature if there is a conflict.

Independent Representatives and affiliates are also subject to their applicable agreements, policies, compensation terms, and program rules.

3. Changes to These Terms or the Services

We may update these Terms periodically. The Effective Date identifies the latest version. Material changes will apply prospectively, and we will provide notice when required by law. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services, subject to existing obligations and applicable law.

4. Product Information and Health Disclaimer

We try to describe and display our products accurately. Packaging, colors, ingredients, availability, and other details may change, and website displays may not exactly match the product received. If website information conflicts with the product label, follow the label and contact us with questions.

Euzo Health products are dietary supplements and are not drugs. Statements concerning dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless expressly stated otherwise. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Content provided through the Services is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, are preparing for surgery, or have questions about whether a product is appropriate for you. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. In a medical emergency, call 911.

Individual experiences and results vary. Reviews, testimonials, and statements by Independent Representatives or affiliates do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

5. Orders, Prices, Payment, and Delivery

When placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Displaying a product does not guarantee availability or constitute acceptance of an order. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, resale activity, misuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the cancelled portion.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

When enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Euzo Health and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency disclosed during enrollment, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel.

Subscription prices, discounts, products, or shipping charges may change. We will provide advance notice of material changes when required by law.

You may manage or cancel a subscription through your online account or by contacting hello@euzohealth.com or 321-352-6696. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the order is processed. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed or shipped. Processed subscription orders are governed by our Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy.

We may suspend or cancel a subscription if payment cannot be processed, a product becomes unavailable, the subscription is misused, or the program is discontinued. We will issue refunds required by law.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns, and Cancellations

Purchases are governed by the Euzo Health Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and explains eligibility, deadlines, damaged or incorrect products, fees, and refund processing. If there is a direct conflict, the Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy controls, subject to applicable law.

8. Independent Representatives, Affiliates, and Replicated Websites

Euzo Health may permit approved Independent Representatives or affiliates to refer customers, promote products, and use Euzo-provided replicated websites or links. They are independent contractors—not Euzo employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, healthcare providers, or persons authorized to bind Euzo.

Orders placed through an Euzo-provided replicated website are processed by Euzo Health and remain subject to these Terms and our policies. A representative or affiliate may receive attribution or compensation relating to a qualifying order. Representatives and affiliates may not make unauthorized medical, disease, product, earnings, or income claims or otherwise misrepresent Euzo Health, its products, or the business opportunity.

Websites, social media pages, messages, events, or other activities independently operated by a representative or affiliate are that person's responsibility unless Euzo expressly states otherwise. Program participation is governed by separate Representative or Affiliate Terms and Policies.

9. Accounts and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and update it when necessary. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or users, investigate fraud or security concerns, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms or applicable program rules.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You may not:

  • Violate a law or another person's rights;
  • Make false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized product, medical, disease, or income claims;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • Copy, scrape, harvest, frame, mirror, sell, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services or attempt unauthorized access;
  • Introduce malicious code, automated requests, or excessive traffic;
  • Use another person's personal information without permission;
  • Submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material; or
  • Use Euzo trademarks, content, or advertising materials except as expressly authorized.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including text, images, designs, videos, software, trademarks, logos, and product names—are owned by or licensed to Euzo Health and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Euzo grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for personal use or authorized participation in an Euzo program. No other rights are granted. Program-specific permission to use Euzo intellectual property ends when participation ends.

12. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, or other material (a "Submission"), you retain ownership but grant Euzo a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use it in connection with our products, Services, marketing, and business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the necessary rights; that a review or testimonial is truthful and based on genuine experience; and that use will not violate any law or third-party right. You must disclose material connections to Euzo—including free products, discounts, commissions, or incentives—when required by law.

We may remove or decline to use a Submission but do not undertake to monitor all Submissions. Feedback and ideas may be used without compensation or confidentiality obligations unless agreed otherwise in writing.

13. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, send a legally sufficient Digital Millennium Copyright Act notice identifying the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material, your contact information, the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and your physical or electronic signature to:

Euzo Health LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent
3563 Monroe Street
Astatula, Florida 34705
Email:
hello@euzohealth.com

A person seeking restoration of removed material may submit a legally sufficient DMCA counter-notification to the same address.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, social media services, and other services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Euzo is not responsible for independently operated third-party services.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Euzo Health Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EUZO HEALTH DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SERVICES AND CONTENT, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SERVICES OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THIS SECTION DOES NOT DISCLAIM WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED OR AN EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED WITH A PRODUCT.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EUZO HEALTH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EUZO HEALTH'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal injuries where applicable law prohibits limitation.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Euzo Health and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, Submission, or violation of another person's rights. This does not require a consumer to indemnify Euzo for Euzo's own unlawful conduct.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or the mandatory law of your state applies.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal actions arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court located in Lake County, Florida, and each party consents to those courts' personal jurisdiction.

20. General Provisions

These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement concerning the Services, except for a separate written agreement applicable to an Independent Representative, affiliate, or other participant.

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or by operation of law.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, except for payment obligations and to the extent prohibited by law.

Euzo Health Mobile Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

The Euzo Health mobile messaging program (the "Mobile Service") is operated by Euzo Health LLC. By enrolling in or using it, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

1. Consent and Message Types

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting, you agree to receive recurring automated or non-automated SMS or MMS messages from Euzo Health. Messages may include order and subscription updates, account alerts, abandoned-cart reminders, review requests, promotions, specials, and marketing offers.

Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency varies.

2. Charges and Eligibility

Euzo does not charge for the Mobile Service, but message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for carrier charges. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number.

3. Opting Out

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, using an available unsubscribe link, or clearly communicating your request through another reasonable method. We will honor valid requests within a reasonable period as required by law and may send one final confirmation.

After opting out, you will no longer receive messages covered by that request unless you provide renewed consent or initiate a communication. If you participate in more than one legally distinct messaging program, you may need to opt out of each separately when permitted by law.

4. Help and Contact Information

For assistance, reply HELP or contact hello@euzohealth.com or 321-352-6696.

5. Mobile Number Changes

You agree to provide a valid number and notify us or opt out before transferring or discontinuing it. A new number must be enrolled separately.

We may change the number or short code used for the Mobile Service and will provide notice when appropriate. We will continue to honor opt-out requests sent through reasonable available methods as required by law.

6. Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability. To the extent permitted by law, Euzo is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages or actions taken in reliance on a message.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of information through the Mobile Service are described in the Euzo Health Privacy Policy.

8. Changes or Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Mobile Service or these Mobile Terms. Material changes apply prospectively, with notice when required by law. Continued participation after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
