Euzo Health LLC ("Euzo Health," "Euzo," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit EuzoHealth.com, use an Euzo Health replicated website, create an account, purchase or subscribe to our products, communicate with us, participate in a promotion or survey, apply to or participate in our Independent Representative or affiliate programs, or otherwise interact with us online or offline (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us and may include:

  • Contact and account information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, username, password, and account preferences.
  • Order and subscription information: products purchased, order history, subscription selections, delivery frequency, returns, refunds, discounts, and customer-service history.
  • Payment information: payment-card and related billing information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Euzo generally does not directly store complete payment-card numbers, although tokenized or limited payment information may be maintained to support subscriptions and future purchases.
  • Device and online activity information: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, links clicked, browsing and purchasing activity, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interactions with our website, advertisements, emails, and text messages.
  • Marketing and communication information: email and SMS preferences, consent records, responses to promotions and surveys, product reviews, and communications with Euzo Health or an Independent Representative.
  • Health and wellness information: information you voluntarily provide about your wellness interests, goals, product experiences, or reasons for considering or using a product. We do not request medical records through the Services. Please do not send medical records or other information that you do not want us to possess.
  • Independent Representative and affiliate information: contact details, application and account information, replicated-website activity, commission and payment information, tax identification information when required for tax reporting, referral and sales information, and records relating to participation in the applicable program.
  • Other information you provide: information submitted through forms, contests, giveaways, promotions, surveys, product reviews, customer support, or other communications.

We may combine information collected from different sources, including information collected through EuzoHealth.com, replicated websites, our service providers, Independent Representatives, affiliates, advertising and analytics partners, social media platforms, and publicly available sources.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information:

  • Directly from you when you place an order, enroll in a subscription, create an account, contact us, submit a form or review, join a promotion, or apply to or participate in an Euzo program;
  • Automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies when you use the Services or interact with our communications and advertisements;
  • From Independent Representatives, affiliates, and referral partners;
  • From service providers that support our ecommerce, subscriptions, marketing, analytics, payment processing, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and customer-service operations; and
  • From advertising partners, social media platforms, and other third parties, as permitted by law.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Process and fulfill orders, payments, subscriptions, returns, and refunds;
  • Create and manage customer, Independent Representative, and affiliate accounts;
  • Administer replicated websites, referrals, commissions, tax reporting, and program participation;
  • Communicate about orders, subscriptions, accounts, products, programs, promotions, and customer-service matters;
  • Send marketing emails and text messages when permitted by law and consistent with your choices;
  • Personalize website content, product recommendations, and advertising;
  • Measure website, campaign, and advertising performance;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity;
  • Enforce our agreements, policies, and legal rights;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations; and
  • Carry out other purposes disclosed when the information is collected or with your consent.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers and advertising partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences and shopping-cart activity, understand how visitors use the Services, measure marketing performance, prevent fraud, and provide or measure advertising.

These technologies may collect or associate online activity information with your device, browser, account, or contact information. They may also be used to show Euzo Health advertisements on other websites or services based on your activity over time and across different websites, applications, or devices.

Our ecommerce and marketing technologies include Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, Google, and Meta. These companies process information under their own terms and privacy policies when acting independently from Euzo Health.

You can manage certain cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality. Where required by applicable law, Euzo Health will also provide a website-based privacy preference tool and honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as applicable.

Industry opt-out tools are also available from the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. These tools do not prevent all advertising and may need to be used separately on each browser or device.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers and contractors: companies that provide ecommerce hosting, subscription management, payment processing, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, shipping, data hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, customer support, professional services, and security.
  • Independent Representatives and affiliates: when needed to attribute a referral or sale, administer a replicated website or program, provide customer service, or calculate commissions. Independent Representatives and affiliates must use personal information in accordance with their agreements with Euzo Health and applicable law.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: companies such as Google and Meta that help us understand website and campaign performance, reach audiences, and deliver or measure advertising.
  • Government authorities and other parties for legal reasons: when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or regulatory obligation; is necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or security; or is appropriate to detect or prevent fraud or unlawful conduct.
  • Parties to a business transaction: actual or prospective purchasers, investors, lenders, advisers, and other parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our business or assets.
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We may also disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We do not attempt to reidentify information maintained in deidentified form except as permitted by law.

6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Euzo Health does not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies, pixels, and related technologies may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for "targeted advertising" under certain state privacy laws because online identifiers and activity information may be disclosed to advertising partners such as Google and Meta.

Where applicable law provides these rights, you may request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising by using the "Your Privacy Choices" link on our website or by contacting us as described in Section 13. We will also honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals where required.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

7. Email and Text Messages

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in each marketing email. Even after unsubscribing, you may continue to receive non-promotional communications concerning orders, subscriptions, accounts, transactions, or our ongoing business relationship with you.

If you consent to receive text messages, we may send transactional messages, order and subscription updates, abandoned-cart reminders, review requests, and marketing messages consistent with the consent you provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out by replying STOP or by making another reasonable request to revoke consent. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 13.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide products and Services, maintain customer and program relationships, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud and security threats.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, legal requirements, and operational needs. When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Euzo Health does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Individuals under 18 may not enroll as Independent Representatives.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information;
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Request deletion of personal information;
  • Obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • Appeal our decision concerning a privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require information that allows us to reasonably match you with records we maintain. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent's authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing hello@euzohealth.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal."

Some state privacy laws apply only to businesses that meet specified thresholds. Euzo Health will honor the rights described above when required by applicable law.

California Residents

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California's Shine the Light law, subject to those laws' applicability and exceptions. These may include rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

California residents may also request information concerning certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes under California Civil Code Section 1798.83. Submit requests using the contact information in Section 13 and include "California Privacy Request" in the subject line.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may contain links to websites, applications, social media platforms, or services operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third parties' independent privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing personal information.

An Independent Representative may operate social media pages, communications, or other activities outside an Euzo Health replicated website. The representative may be independently responsible for information collected through those activities.
